We make classes exciting and fun while maintaining structure and discipline. Our classes are Monday-Saturday and students are encouraged to attend at least 2-3 classes per week. We have a theme for each day of the week allowing students the opportunity to review or focus on specific material.

Monday Bushido Kata Day
We focus on keeping the Budo in karate by having strict discipline and focus by practicing the kata in our system. This is the most important class of the week.
Tuesday T-shirt Sparring Day
We do sparring drills and spar. Students are required to bring the necessary sparring gear.
Wednesday Weapon Waza Day
We practice ancient Okinawan weapons such as bo staff, nunchakus, tonfa, kama, sai, oar, katana, throwing stars, and more. Students are required to own certain weapons at certain belt levels. We also practice self-defense against weapons such as stick, knife, and gun.
Wednesday is also Church Day
Any students who would like to attend Kids or Adult church with us are welcome. After their karate class, we provide free pizza and bus transportation to Cornerstone Church of Salisbury where parents pick them up at 8:00 p.m. or we can bus them back to the Dojo for pick-up by 8:25 p.m.
Thursday Self-defense/Pad Kicking Day
We practice our self-defense and grab arts. We also do punching and kicking drills on the focus mitts and body shields for self-defense, fitness, endurance, footwork, and power.
Friday Fun Day
We review all weekly material for the first half of the class and then we have fun by doing skill drills such as Ninja Obstacle Courses, Sumo Sparring, Sword Fighting, Sensei Says, Board Breaking, and many others!
Saturday Evaluation Day
To be announced when students need an evaluation and review for their next belt rank.
